People, I asked this before: I know how to show file extensions , also
apparently know how to get rid of them. However, lately, checking or
unchecking the box in the advanced tab in the finder preferences
doesn't do a thing. I have my extensions showing as .doc, .cwk. .pdf
.jpg etc etc etc. now .They are there to stay. Nothing I have tried
will hide them anymore. Have recent upgrades changed anything here?
