Hi Bill,

After I backed up and then reformatted my hard drive, I found out that 
to get from Panther to OS 10.3.7, you have to progress up the ladder 
from one upgrade to the next. I didn't have all the upgrades but was 
able to download them from the apple site.

But, you probably know this...smile.
