Probably a fluke in the connection. Usually if the player cannot
negotitate a good connection within a minute or two, then close the
player window and click on the browser link again. A new player window
will open and start you with a fresh connection.

p.s. Just to be sure, you do have your QT preferences set for your
connection speed, etc?
