Uh one quick question,
Are you using the Apple cable or a knockoff copy? On my iBook the video
out is tied in with the headphones jack and you need the special Apple
cable to get the signal. On the newer iBooks, they modified this a bit,
but as I recall, you still need a special cable to get the video signal.
