There has been an update of Synchronize! X Plus released available on 
versiontracker.com at:

http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/14542

If you are not keen on PSync X, you might try this one. It is shareware 
rather than free-ware, but in demo mode will let you sync files up to 
10MB in size.
I haven't tried it out yet, being happy with PSync. As always, read the 
reviews...
