Thanks Lee, this is good to know, if I didn't have a .Mac account I
would have been out of email business since Monday. The biggest hurt
for me is the change they made in their FTP transmissions. For years
I have been going into a large firm in Chicago, since Monday I have
been denied, really messed me up. I have spent days working on this,
hours and hours on the phone.

Seems that the firm will not allow an FTP entrance if the provider
does not also provide the DNS with the request, and I guess Insight
has removed that key component, so I have had to install DSL just to
get the info. I need until they can get the problem corrected. I
will be glad when they are through all this.
