it's all conjecture at this point. bootcamp is beta and most likely will become a standard feature in leopard. i would say your risk is very minimal. your suggestion to not store anything important on a windoze partition is good advice :) keep an ear to news from WWDC which starts moday august 7, have believe there will be more information regarding dualboot. best...jf
