Apple Works was at one time Mac/Win. It has a database in it. I am
not sure if it will do what you want as far as the web. You could
possibly find a copy of the windows version on ebay.

I?m going to be putting together a database of material of interest

What I?m hoping to find is something that will be of use to both Mac
and Windows users. (Yes I know the new Mac will do both; but I don?t
do Windows.) And I?d like to have something that I can put up on the
Web that is searchable. Maybe even downloadable as a searchable pdf
document. Any suggestions.

Did I mention inexpensive (which is why I don?t do Windows).

Thanks for any information.
