Just try searching google for "PithHelmet". It'll take you to the proper 
website.

I don't know what to say about real player, 'cuz I've never had any 
troubles with it. 

When you click on a real-player link to listen to a show, are you at 
least getting a .ram file downloaded somewhere? If so, try clicking on 
the file to see what happens.
