Dear Eric, Not trying to be a smartalec but you can try (800) LEXMARK? They aren't based in the US but speak good English and are open a pretty wide variety of hours.

Initially, I thought it was some weirdness with the router but my old Performa 6400 prints with no problem; I can also print from the G4 to the Lexmark's IP address (so there -is- a path to the printer) but Appletalk doesn't work that way, which means my Quark 5 files don't go through. Anyway, in light of the fact that I'm already tired of having to save everything as a PDF and print it that way, I'm open to suggestions. | The next meeting of the Louisville Computer Society will | be February 24.
