Steve, I did when I chose the wrong printer format. I assumed that one of my printers was a a USB and it would not find the driver and I had installed it twice. It took awhile, but I had to choose the EPSON USB for it to find the driver, possibly HP is the same. John R. Thanks John R. That worked, now if I can figure out my e-mail.
