Robert, My kids are going nuts with this, developing into a nice business, but they have learned that the media is the main ingredient. They have had problems with various brands, but have found the Apple works well as well as another (sorry I don't know what it is, I could check with them if someone else doesn't have a suggestion). They have not done all that Ward says, so it may be just the media, but try Ward's suggestions, he usually knows.
