George; I have my home page set for WHAS11 TV's weather. I have been having somewhat the same problem with that page on Safari and Explorer. It goes to the right page, but won't open... sometimes I get as much as the headings... but no weather. My home page usually gives me the Spinning Beach Ball of Death until I Force Quit. The only similarity I see is that we both have bellsouth.net as our server. Coincidence?
I have been able to open sites in Mails, as you say. Then, I can go to any of my bookmarks and they will open. Weird!
