Only when using Safari ??? Really though, it sounds like you have a loose USB plug or port. Try switching to a different USB receiver port to use for the Turbo Mouse. Or if you can, completely change out the USB cable that is attached to the T-Mouse to a new cable; something should give some results you are looking for. --russ
