Sounds like you must be using the Insight 10.0 service? So these download speeds would be normal for that, they are hardly ever what they are advertised to be. The results are always going to be different for each different server that you test from, just look for a average or pattern. I was getting much slower speed than what I am paying for. I am paying for 6.0 Mb from ATT, and only getting 1.5 on average. Hope this helps. Could care less what the upload speed is, since I hardly ever send anything out.
