Nolan: We used Bellsouth DSL at the office for a number of years without complaint. We never had a need for service and their tech support people were well-versed on Mac setups. We eventually switched to Win.Net so they would host our website. Again, it was a trouble-free, happy relationship.
My only complaint about Bellsouth is the fact that my $19 phone costs me about $30 per month. Nearly 50% in taxes and fees. And that "recovery fee" still burns me up.
