 From what I've seen using NeoOffice, the warning is more of a MS  
warning than a scary warning, because things save nicely and can be  
opened by MS Word. I've moved things between NeoOffice and MS Word X  
(the Mac version of MS Word before MS Word 2004) with no great pain.
