leopard ichat allows remote desktop software support on leopard installed machines. this feature will allow me to extend my software support base (currently limited to fayette county), and help solve those awkward billing moments when i fix some software problem within five minutes of arrival.
my question for those who support for fee: it seems equitable to bill remote support in 15 minute increments of base rate. your experience? tia best...jf
