Hello Mike,

— I only have Insight's ISP/BB services...
— Customer service is positive and responsive.
— On-site tech response is by appt., usually for a 3-to-4 hr.
  window.
— ISP outages have happened due (mostly) to faulty install specs
down the line from an installer with a new customer.
— Available speed is just as advertised, as long as the server you
are feeding your stream (or downloading your files from) can
  keep up.
— They have also announced new 20 Mbps service for $20
  more a month (I think).
— My sister has the 3-service bundle, and she's *very* happy.

Dump AT&T. ("plonk")

Russ Preston
