My relationship with Insight dates back a loooong time. I have been
satisfied, haveTV as well as phone service, get a monthly discount.
Have always had good service, a few times when they did some
switching we were offline, but always explained the reason, and
things were quickly resolved. I am satisfied.

Unless I can negotiate a better rate from AT&T, for phone, long
