Maybe we could start a grassroots movement < Bring it back, bring it back!!> I would even ride around in a wheelchair with a sign marching in front of the Apple store!--

Thanks to the last Access, I even know who you are, Nolan. There are ever so many surprises in the Macgroup. Thanks, Jerry, for the last Access, and are you serious with the mac mini? My color in my screen, though,is a bit fading or what you might call somewhat diminished . I would be willing to even get that replaced. I need you all to give me the ropes. I am in the process of buying a Macbook pro, but would love to keep my lampshade. I have been singing this to the tune of Sinatra made famous again by David Pogue with his "I've got an iPhone". I shall give a performance next time I visit the Apple store. I shall let you know the day and the hour at the fullness of time when I shall give my debut!

I also have a lampshade Mac and second those who wish Apple still made 'em. It's the best Mac I ever owned (hope I don't jinx it!), and of all the "upgrades" and model changes Apple has thrust upon us, deserting the lampshade has annoyed and inconvenienced me most.
