Just ran across this and thought someone here might find it useful.
Install this (http://web.mac.com/vogelbusch/Site/Programs/
Programs.html) and you'll have the capability to save pdf files in a
booklet format. The "Create Booklet" option become available under
the "PDF" dropdown menu visible on the standard Print window.
