Having used both and iWeb and Sandvox is more of a iWeb alternate than
Rapidweaver.
Rapidweaver is more advanced and can be used very much like Dreamweaver
but with better templates.

As I have not used Rapidweaver I can't speak to your points. I just know
that Sandvox works very well for me, has a great help section, and I
find it easy to use. 

There are some issues, for instance you can't format a bulleted list.
And selecting fonts is not as easy as it could be. But Overall, I find
Sandvox very easy to use.
