Harry,
No problem here today, although I notice it being slow at other times.
I'm not the tech expert on DSL but I'm out in the country and I think I'm
pretty close to the end of the line. My understanding is that if someone
upstream is using the service mine slows down. Can anyone confirm that this
is how DSL works?
