Jeff,

I've never seen any versions of the Student/Teacher edition of Office  
2004 that didn't have 3 licenses included. I think that's the only way  
you can buy it, and I don't think there are any additional savings to  
be had. If she really doesn't want to use those extra two licenses  
I'll be glad to take those activation numbers off her hands.
