Hi all,
I have a simple question concerning iPhone apps - can you open them on
your computer? For example, I purchased the "Grocery list" app. It was cheap
and I wanted to try something. Anyway, as you might expect, it's nothing
fancy, it allows you to make a list of the things that you need from the
grocery. But entering that list on an iPhone/iPod Touch is tedious. Ideally,
I would like to be able to open some type of list/spreadsheet on my Mac and
then sync it with my iPhone/iPod Touch. This would make the list soooo much
easier to work with as well as provide a backup copy. The grocery list isn't
particularly important to me but are all apps going to have this limitation
- forever?
The apps download to iTunes and just sit there. I cannot double click
on them to open them. I have tried dragging them to the Applications Folder
without luck. I know the answer to my question but I'll ask the group just
in case there's a miracle out there!
Greg
