People tell me,is there ever a place you can complain, find out or
whatever when Mobileme mail cuts out and gives you the perpetual
beach ball? On their support page they always just tell you when
something was fixed, not when there is an issue. For instance,all
morning I cannot go on the web mail, but the issue they talk about
was remedied yesterday, but I need to know why mail is not reachable
now?
It seems every time I try to check, just to make sure what is going
on, this mobile me has some issue. Yesterday the synching took an
hour or so, this morning the mail is unreachable, but other than the
beach ball turning you can't find out, and I would love to give them
a piece of my mind, and it all turned out like Kafka predicted, there
is no final instance where you can complain and where you can address
an issue and get a person to talk to you.
