It seems every time I try to check, just to make sure what is going on, this mobile me has some issue. Yesterday the synching took an hour or so, this morning the mail is unreachable, but other than the beach ball turning you can't find out, and I would love to give them a piece of my mind, and it all turned out like Kafka predicted, there is no final instance where you can complain and where you can address an issue and get a person to talk to you.
I've tried to get tech support for MM and have never had any luck. They'll admit problems, but there are never any solutions. Since the switch from dotMac to MM, the service has been dismal. Syncing is flakey and mail has many outages. This is one of those places where Apple has bit off more than it can chew.
Like Gregor Samsa, dotMac went to bed one night and woke up as a cockroach.
