When I go to create a new message and start entering the recipients name in the To: box, a list of possibilities pops up. How do I go about deleting permanently those that are for individuals I want totally deleted. I have gone to the Menu Bar>Window>Previous Recipients and clicked on remove from list. However the e-mail address continues to pop up when I do a new message. Also have clicked on the e-mail address in the To: box and then Remove Address. Still get this unknown address popping up.
