I'll jump in, but I'm not really sure what happened. Did you get a dialog box saying that some program such as Safari wanted access to your keychain to look up a password? Did some Web page or Javascript pop-up ask for your password to open your keychain.
If it is the former, then I wouldn't worry too much because this is normal behavior. If it's the latter, then you should start changing your passwords, starting with the login password on your Mac.
