Anne, Open the aiv files in Quicktime, then hit "Export" under the "file" menu. In the top drop down menu (Export) choose iPhone. Once converted open iPhoto and under "File" chose "import to library". The next time you dock the touch if you have it set to sync movies it will be loaded.
