Dear Mac Users; I hope someone out there on this list (who is more knowledgable than I am) will help me with this one. I've already called Applecare Tech Help twice, and been disconnected each time after repeated failures to solve the dilemna. (I will try them again, when I feel that I can tolerate the long period of time on the phone that it requires.)
I use the Mail program on my 20" iMac 2600 Pro. Until two days ago, I could easily click on "Save As" and transfer my Mail document to my desktop. No longer! Now, when I click on the small screen that appears for it to be Saved As, nothing happens. I can save text edit documents or pages from a website, using Save as. So it must be a problem with my Mail program. I really prefer to use it, rather than another type of mail. Please help! Thanks for being there for everyone in the past... now do your stuff once more!
