I have a HD Tivo with 2 cable decoder cards. Insight has no idea how to hook them up nor do they show any signs of having any of their subcontractors learn how (2 visits so far.) When I get around to it, I am going to have a house call from Geek Squad and see how they do. Currently, I just don't record in HD, although I can record 2 at once and have other Tivo advantages.
