It was "MacBook Headache." I explained that I had bought my first Mac in 2003 and loved it, and that my current MacBook was in and out of the shop at least once every other month. That was about it. I sent my contact information and a day or so later a lady from Apple called me and asked a few questions. A few days later they shipped a new MacBook to me.
