They are available for all of us, free of charge at the Apple store. Get online and set up an appointment, I took mine in but there may be a way to do it by phone, which would be the Apple 800#. They won't take walk-in's you have to set an appointment, but they are usually right on time. They'll tell you exactly what to do, but it may be done with Apple over the phone.
