Tom,

I just went to B&H, the superstore for professionals.  The G10 is not listed, 
several options are and the battery from them is $44.95.  I guess Harry is 
right and the G10 is no longer in productions, WOW, I could sell this thing for 
more than I paid for it, buy why would I?  The G10 has 14.7 mp, while the G11 
is 10.4.  I imagine Canon realized that they put out such a good camera that it 
was hurting the high end sales so they pulled it?

I just checked eBay and they have several from the high $200.00 range to one 
that is to expire in 59 min. going for $425.00.
