Yes Jane it is real. Several of us have had this problem with the filtering system of Win.net (aye.net) I did so to combat it I now use an email address that is not aye.net's even through that is still my primary email.
Lee can "pardon" you and reinstate your status but with the filtering win.net uses you are likely to face the same thing again.
