Harry, the philosopher. I don't know you that way at all- you then
also must be getting older, that is a state when wisdom, collected all
during life, does bear fruit.
Gosh, I am so glad, Neal, you said old, or older , what I hate is the
word 'elderly' . To me it always sounds dishonest. And so help me God,
I also want to die and not pass away or even, what is worse, pass on
-- perhaps to the Elysian Fields?
And while I am at it, Nolan, I still have my lampshade computer . It
is getting old, too,not in the elderly category, and I hope I can,
whenever it gives up the ghost, do some 'eldercare' (what humans in
the medical field would say) on it.
So is it possible to exchange the innards, so I can still enjoy the
outward looks, they don't show a sign of having gotten older at all..

Neal,
I take issue with your statement "...but I'm getting old,.... You
are older
but not old. Old is a state of mind, older is a state of being.
Be well and live long and prosper.

As I recall, when I was in the navy in 1943, the top brass in Pearl
Harbor considered invading Molokai, but decided it wasn't worth the
trouble. Instead, they decided to re-take one of the Aleutian
Islands,
that had been invaded by the Japs.
The trouble with that plan was that the Japs decided the Aleutians
were not worth the trouble, and pulled out and went home. I was so
foggy that no one noticed they were gone, so we went on with the
invasion anyhow.
So the admirals were sorry they hadn't landed on Molokai instead,
since it was a lot closer.
I have a lot of good war stories like this, but I am getting old, and
my memory is fading somewhat.

Tom you have piqued my interest. Where in the world is the small

If
literally how do you know of this listserve?
Thanks for your help. Oh one other question who makes the speck
