I was in the midst of a Word for Mac document (I know; that's the root

my fault again -- which I don't want to lose. As is, I can't print
it, I can't copy it, I can't do anything with it except Force Quit,
thereby losing my two pages of priceless prose, which I'm determined
not to do if there's any way out. All suggestions will be most
welcome and highly appreciated. Meantime, I'm going to keep the

whichever comes first.
