Yesterday, I received an update notice when i plugged my iPad into the MBP to synch. It updated me to version 4.3.4.
My experience went without a hitch, but if you haven't updated yet, here's a couple notes-
It took mine at least an hour and a half to download, plus about 20 minutes to install (via wireless router), so plan on having extra time,
After it installed, it immediately started synching. But it reset my Photos setting to the default, and I ended up with all photos, events, faces, places, and albums synched over to the Pad. Not a problem, but be aware after the updating happens, you may need to check what settings the various tabs are set to.
Your results may vary...
