I just installed Lion and notice that the up and down scroll arrows no longer appear in windows. Is that normal? Is the only way to move up and down a line at a time by using scroll gestures? And what do you do if you turn scroll gestures off? Surely there is some preference that I haven't yet found that will allow those arrows to be reinstated?
