I went and checked out Retrospect again. It is a thought, though it still would require more manual backup than I would want. My wife and I work almost entirely on laptops, and if Retrospect is like it was in the past, if the machines are not both on and wired into the network at the proper time, they won't back up. I do have fond memories of using it in the past, however, so maybe I should think about it again. Thanks for bringing this up.
