What is the dfference between a mac ide 40 pin cable and a regular ide 40 pin cable?
Do not tell it is the "i" missing from difference! I know that one of the pins or pin hole is not there on a mac cable. It will start up and show os x graphic but will not go any further with a regular cable. I was wanting to reformat some of the stubborn drives that would not start up under firewire. Happy Vets Day!
