Thanks Bill, I'll check into this one.  When I was taking all the FinalCut 
classes the instructor was using Penultimate to illustrate his methods.  It is 
an awesome program for using a stylus to write, draw, keep "notebooks" 
organized based on the category you wish.  Great app.
