You should be able to put it back in that same location. That is, copy the "Travel" folder to Home>Library>Mail>Mailboxes. Then restart Mail (you may have to restart the computer) and it should show up again in your Mail sidebar.
If it doesn't, you may be able to import the emails inside it using the "Import Mailboxes … " command under Mail's File menu. > Good questions.
