Forgot to mention Harry I also had one Airport Extreme go bad, I use several and one gave it up, Apple replaced that as well. I also thought you had to purchase it within 30 days of the product you buy? It used to be you could do it at the end of a year but I thought Apple changed that to the 30 day rule. I have been told that twice by Apple employees, I am sure it is on their site.
