Talk about rabbit holes. I live in Shelby County, and we have an old,
ugly motel on Main Street, that has an appraised value of about
$40,000. It is presently rented out to a bunch of Mexican, who smoke
dope. Some local people have decided that they do not want a place
like that across from the community theatre, so somehow they raised
$125,000 to match a federal grant of $500,000 to fix up the place.
That's $625,000, mostly tax dollars down a rat hole.
So how about them Purples. I graduated from the Louisville Male High
School.
