I hadn't heard that, but it wouldn't surprise me. The magnitude of the omission is glaring to me. I can't imagine why I never read about it anywhere.
I would ask him if I ever met him, but I bet he would have some prepared excuse that would sound good. Then I would have to give him the benefit of the doubt and stop being mad at him. I think I'd rather hang on to my anger, though: there's got to be SOME reason why the Mac was marginalized for so long when it was clearly the superior product. I used to wonder why people were so ignorant every time I heard someone say, "the Mac is not a business computer." (And I heard that a lot!) It's easier to deal with if I have someone to blame it on. Bill Campbell serves a very useful purpose in that regard. ::-\ j.
