Netlock is one of the big European (Hungarian) root certificate authorities
that assigns certificates to other companies. It comes built into the keychain.
You don’t want to delete it because then you'll start having troubles with SSH
on Web sites that got their certificates through Netlock.

If you mess with any of the certificates in the System Roots keychain, you're
generally asking for trouble because these are the main certificate issuers
upon which the whole trust system depends.
