Where in the world do you find service like this? Anywhere?

Unfortunately I have two iCloud accounts and believe it or not Apple has not
figured out a way to merge the two. Tim says "they are working on it".

I have been working on trying to get this mess cleaned up for a year…off and
on. I have made appointments with One To One, they couldn't help, I have
called Apple support over the months and they can't straighten it out….What
finally made me try once again was a gift card given to me under the one
account I never purchase items so I went to the account where I make purchases
and spent the money.

I was then billed by Apple. This began the trek to work this out once
again…and finally a fantastic guy at the Apple store took an hour and got
everything working, he was super but in the meantime I had a young lady in
support at iTunes working with me

She refunded the moneys I spent with the wrong account and has directed me to a
security section that will be able to now remove the card from the wrong
account….but what I am wanting to stress here is the amount to contact this
lady has had with me.

I didn't ask but she has continued working with me for the past couple weeks,
no less than 10 emails back and forth, following up to see if I had been helped
and when I told her today that it was finally corrected she send this note.

Hello John,

You are most welcome! I was so happy to be a part of your family for a brief
time as well!

Remember, at any time, should you have any other questions or concerns, please
feel free to send me an email!

I wish you only the best and hope that you continue to enjoy the iTunes Store.
I hope that you and your family have a fantastic day and weekend, John!

O.K., corporate America, study this and understand one of the main reasons I
will always be an Apple customer, where in the world would you find a company
the size of Apple with this kind of service….then again maybe this is one
reason Apple has such loyal customers.

John
